Because we work so well together, we like to give back to our community in a variety of different ways. From fundraising events to volunteer work to pro bono work, we show our support in the best way we know how – the GS Marketing Way.

Child Advocates, Inc. trains and supports court-appointed volunteers who make a difference in the lives of children. They speak up for abused children who are lost in the system and guide them into safe environments where they can thrive. Child Advocates’ volunteers contact caseworkers, interview parents, ensure necessary medical care, look out for educational interests and make recommendations in court regarding the permanent placement of the child.

The National MS Society is a collective of passionate volunteers moving together toward a world free of multiple sclerosis. The BP MS 150 Bike Tour is a two-day cycling adventure from Houston to Austin that raises funds to help people living with MS. Every year, close to 13,000 cyclists raise more than $11 million, in the largest sporting event of its kind in the nation. Routes range from 140 to 174 miles and the race takes place rain or shine.

Boys and Girls Country is a Christian Home, providing children from the greater Houston area with a loving and nurturing environment, raising them to become self-sustaining and contributing adults. Residents live on campus in cottages with trained house parents and attend public school. They also participate in outside activities, such as church, band, sports and summer camps. No child is turned away because their family does not have money to pay for them.

Junior Achievement is the world’s largest organization dedicated to educating students about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs. The annual Bowl-a-Thon fundraiser encourages friendly and fun competition among teams of bowlers as they raise money for JA projects. The "bowl goal" is to raise $100 per bowler or $500 per team.

The TXDC develops leaders educated in and aware of all aspects of diversity and promotes youth programs that support diversity education and awareness.
