What it is:
A detailed analysis is performed on your dealership Internet marketing program. We perform a complete review of the dealership website, analyze search engine rankings, and email mystery shop the Internet department to determine the initial sales response processes. An assessment report is developed to outline specific recommendations for improvement in those areas identified.

Search Engine Positioning
The six major keyword terms that most customers will use to find your online store are analyzed on the four major search engines. We look not only at your positioning, but also what your competitors are doing and who is competing for YOUR customers.

Website Review
A complete review of your website is conducted focusing on the areas most visited by consumers: inventory, specials, incentives and email forms. We will let you know what design changes may be necessary, where your writing needs edits and how to present your dealership to make a positive impression. In a typical metro area a dealer’s website will get between 2,000 and 10,000 visitors in a month – are you presenting your store in a positive light?

Mystery Shop
An email is sent to your Internet Sales Specialist and the resulting replies and follow ups are documented. We will give you feedback on response time (the number one criteria for success), response quality and the content of your messages. We also place a phone call to your Internet department and grade them on the four items that make a successful inbound phone call. This is the number one thing that a GM or Dealer can do to keep in touch with how his dealership is being represented online.

eBusiness Assessment
The dealer or GM is asked to complete a three page assessment of their eBusiness operations. This is then used to determine where potential trouble spots may exist and identifies which of the most critical success priorities might be falling through the cracks. This assessment alone is a valuable tool to let the dealership know where they need to focus their attention for eBusiness success.
