Email Change of Address (ECOA) |

What it is:
More than 30 percent of customer email addresses change yearly. ECOA services from GS Marketing allow you to recapture those lost customers and continue building and strengthening your relationship with them.
What we do:
We extract your dealership’s current email customer list and cross-reference it with several national email address databases to verify and update those emails resulting in a more efficient and effective marketing campaign.
What to expect:
- A match rate between 5 and 10 percent.
- A written estimate of the project cost based on the number of input records and the expected match rate.
- A "Welcome Back" email sent to all customers with a matched ECOA record, welcoming them back into the email marketing program. These customers are then offered an opt-out period or "hold time" of five days if they do not wish to receive future emails. Coupons and other offers can be presented at this time as well to reward returning customers.
- All opt-out and hard-bounce email addresses are removed from your list. The final ECOA addresses are populated to your customer database at GS Marketing.
- Final invoicing is sent to you based on actual net match records. You DO NOT pay for records that opt-out.
- A four-week process from the time of cost estimate approval until final, matched email records are added to our database. (You may also obtain a copy of the new records for use in your own point of sale programs).
What it costs: The cost is $0.50 for each email address we are able to successfully update. Quantity discounts are available.
