What it is:
A comprehensive TMS Region sponsored eBusiness program blending all of the elements needed for a successful Internet process and structure for Toyota dealers. GS Marketing’s eCertification program is currently being used in the GST and Kansas City regions to provide a comprehensive, turn-key solution for Dealer Internet departments and staff.
What we do:
Provide all of the elements needed to take Toyota dealers to the next level in the critical interactive marketing arena. Our program is sponsored and branded for the Region, funded by the Dealers and managed by GS Marketing. A single monthly fee provides all of the following:
Classroom eProcess Training – the key differentiator and most important component of the eCertification Program.
- Comprehensive full-day eBusiness process and tools training
- Classes available throughout the year in metropolitan cities
- Basic and advanced sales eProcess and service and parts eProcess
- Audience: Internet Managers, Sales Managers, GSM’s, GM’s and Dealers
Measurement – Understanding performance is essential in providing valuable feedback that reinforces proper actions and identifies opportunities for improvement. We measure response time and quality, assess results and report performance.

Recognition – Motivated Internet Managers produce desired results. Our recognition programs drive that motivation and promote positive, measurable increases in sales and customer satisfaction.

Toyota Dealer Websites – We are the industry leader in developing, deploying and supporting Toyota Dealer websites. We have been in the website business since 1994. Our websites have won numerous awards and are currently in use by over 350 Toyota dealers nationwide. We are focused on delivering high quality leads and phone calls by ensuring the consumer is engaged, educated and satisfied by their experience in your virtual dealership. We take a lot of the work off of your Internet Manager by handling regional incentives, product updates, and integration with other media. We are totally focused on Toyota and Toyota only.

Toyota Talk eNewsletter – The long-term, bi-monthly Toyota Talk eNewsletter is sent to all consumers who submit a lead through the website and have not purchased a vehicle. This important customer communication keeps the Dealer top of mind throughout the vehicle buying cycle.
What it costs:
- Toyota Website: One time set-up fee of $599.00. $999.00 per Dealer per month.
Minimum dealer participation per Region required for training classes and recognition.
- Scion Website: One time set-up fee of $599.00. $599.00 per Dealer per month.
Stand-alone Scion Website Registration does not inlcude training classes or recognition programs.
