Focused, hands-on classroom instruction on the process, tools and organization required to be successful when selling and servicing online consumers. Students will learn "best practice" processes and procedures utilized by successful dealers in maximizing profit and customer satisfaction.

What we do:

The GS Marketing eProcess training department has vast experience in retail automotive sales, dealership process, and Internet sales and management. We’ve worked for individual dealers, large dealer groups, OEM’s, national automotive website providers and Internet lead providers. Our training curriculum leads the industry in providing relevant, effective and interesting subject matter and real world examples that assist dealership and TMS regional personnel.
