Tom Heizer

VP of business development

Tom Heizer, VP of Business Development, joined GS Marketing from Gulf States Toyota where he served in numerous field and management positions and most recently as the National Sales Director. Tom brings more than 15 years of automotive experience to GSM in a wide variety of disciplines—dealership consulting, variable and fixed operations, direct marketing—you name it, Tom’s done it .

Prior to joining GST, Tom worked with the Ford Motor Company in several dealer operation capacities. He began his career in the nonprofit sector working in Economic Development and was the former President/CEO of the Rosenberg/Richmond Area Chamber of Commerce in the greater Houston area.

Tom received his MBA at the Lowry May School of Business at Texas A&M.; He received his undergraduate degree from High Point University in North Carolina and graduated with honors, summa cum laude. Tom is a family guy who enjoys traveling, spending time with his family. When he can find the time, he also enjoys playing golf.
